Unlike many security companies that take advantage of a client's vulnerability by placing high bids for "highly skilled" officers, only to schedule a guard who has barely completed the basic eight-hour course and obtained a "guard card"—or worse, someone hired off the street and put in a uniform—we prioritize in integrity. Our team undergoes thorough background checks, regular training and close monitoring. We also provide their resumes upon request. We ensure that you receive the service that you are paying for and know exactly who is working with you. Transparency and honesty go a long way in business, especially on our beautiful island of Maui.

Following the free risk assessment, we will determine the threat level of your business or situation and recommend the most appropriate officer tier for your needs. We promise never to inflate risks or sensationalize threats simply to overcharge you for a low-risk post. You get an honest assessment and security that fits your actual needs. You are always welcome to upgrade tiers; however, we will encourage you to maintain or exceed the recommended level to ensure the well-being of our officers and your property and business.

To attract and retain experienced security officers, law enforcement, veterans, and military personnel, our costs reflect their valuable expertise. We maintain a wage structure competitive with Hawaii’s starting pay at resorts for security and the Maui Police Department (MPD), ranging from $18.00 to $45.00 per hour. The proficiency and experience levels from BRONZE to DIAMOND are incomparable, and our wages must reflect that standard. We are a security company that is fair, honest, and transparent with our clients, and also with our staff. "Ay happy employee equals good business" Our rates are all-inclusive, covering not only professional field personnel but also the rigorous state compliance filings, 24/7 dispatch, field supervisors, and the management oversight necessary to maintain the operation in good standing.

(BRONZE) Entry-Level Security Officers:

This basic service option provides a foundational security presence for low-risk environments at our most accessible rate. These personnel, with 0 - 5 years (minimum) of security experience are fully licensed and focused on stationary post assignments, simple access control, and routine observation and reporting. It is a cost-effective solution recommended for construction sites, small residential lobbies, or properties requiring a visible deterrent and basic monitoring capabilities.

(SILVER) Standard Security:

Designed for properties that demand more than just a physical presence. Our Silver officers bring a minimum of 5 - 10 years of security experience or 0 - 5 years of Law Enforcement or military experience (minimum) of security experience and a higher standard of training to routine patrols and asset protection. They focus on maintaining a safe, orderly environment through vigilant observation and professional gatehouse management, providing a significant upgrade in quality at a competitive commercial rate.

(GOLD) Security Experts

This premier security package provides enhanced protection with specially trained staff. Our Gold officers bring 10 - 15 years of security experience or 5 - 10 years of law enforcement or military experience (minimum). These professionals proactively manage your site, de-escalate conflicts, identify risks, and ensure rapid incident response beyond standard patrols. Ideal for corporate headquarters, Luxury Residential or high-end retail, it offers a smart mix of expert observation and professional authority and responses.

5 - 10 years - Law Enforcement or Military

(DIAMOND) Elite Tactical

For high-value assets, VIP's or serious threats, we provide seasoned experts with 15 - 25 years in security or 10 - 25 years of law enforcement or military experience (minimum). This tier features the HIGHEST LEVEL of security tactical expertise and crisis management at a premium rate.
