Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and vigilant security officers to join our team. This position involves safeguarding our clients' properties, enforcing laws on the premises, and being the first responder in emergency situations. Your role is crucial in preventing incidents, ensuring safety, and fostering a secure atmosphere.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security systems, operate surveillance equipment, and conduct regular patrols.

• Handle incidents and emergencies in accordance with company policies.

• Report suspicious activities and manage crowd control.

• Ensure compliance with all security standards and preventative measures.

• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.

• Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or security certifications preferred.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Strong observational skills and detail-oriented.

• Physical ability to perform patrols and respond to incidents.

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to security protocols.

 

Wages:

• Average Wage: $22.50 per hour

• Highest Wage: Up to $38.75 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties.
