Services Provided
It is not uncommon to choose a Silver tier officer and receive a Gold or Diamond officer at no additional cost. We frequently upgrade tiers based on availability, but we will never downgrade you from the tier you purchased. Every staff member, regardless of the chosen security tier, will enforce house rules, lock gates, report safety hazards, maintenance issues, tow vehicles, be a deterrent, as well as remove and trespass (86) any trespassers. They will all be supervised by our 24/7 dispatch center, our field supervisors, and the CEO.

You are always welcome to upgrade tiers; however, we will encourage you to maintain or exceed the recommended level to ensure the well-being of our officers and your property.
Unlike many security companies that take advantage of a client's vulnerability by placing high bids for "highly skilled" officers, only to schedule a guard who has barely completed the basic eight-hour course and obtained a "guard card"—or worse, someone hired off the street and put in a uniform—we prioritize in integrity. Our team undergoes thorough background checks, regular training and close live GPS monitoring. Transparency and honesty go a long way in business, especially on our beautiful islands of Hawaii.
